As expected, ABC has announced that it will be tinkering with the “General Hospital” airing schedule due to the coronavirus pandemic forcing the show to suspend production earlier this month. With no set date for when the show will resume production, and with President Donald Trump announcing that the United States has extended its social distancing guidelines through April 30, the network has decided to air the remaining produced episodes Monday through Thursdays for the time being. Fridays will consist of “Flashback Fridays” episodes, starting this Friday, April 3, 2020, and continuing through at least Friday, May 22, 2020.
